Hi everyone. New Englander here who has been pretty vigilant about checking for ticks and avoiding wooded areas. Nonetheless, always a bit worried about being bitten and not knowing it. I noticed the following last week: Thursday: Swollen right lymph node, otherwise fine Friday: Swollen right lymph node, general feeling of malaise throughout the day. 101 degrees fever by 6 pm Friday night: Alternating sweats, chills. Body aches, stiff neck Saturday: Swollen right lymph node. Fever between 99 degrees and 101 degrees. Body aches, stiff neck, zero energy. Sunday: Swollen right lymph node. Fever broke; lesser body aches, reduced stiff neck pain. Monday: Less swollen lymph node. No fever, subsiding aches. Moderate energy levels. Tuesday: Lymph nodes back to normal. No fever or aches, moderate energy levels. Nausea after every meal and vomit-like symptoms (1 dry heave) Wednesday (today): Intermittent nausea with vomit-like symptoms No rash, no recollection of tick bite or obvious appearance of tick on body I went to the doctor on Saturday and questioned early signs of Lyme; she dismissed me and told me if my joints were fine then it wasn't Lyme.

its not the pain basically a little stressed area. When I check I found a small gland but there is no direct pain on this gland. But sometimes a slight pain or tension comes suddenly to this gland. Pouring sweat at night, fever, sore swollen lymph nodes, chills, no cough/runny nose, second time in a month, Dr thinks sinus infection? : medical

I'm a 34F, struggle with severe anxiety/panic/agoraphobia, which has worsened since the pandemic started last year. I also have pretty bad asthma that gets worse in the spring. My mother lives with me, she has a heart condition and I spend a lot of time around my older grandmothers as well. I was hesitant to get the shot, and anxious as hell about even going into a store (Walgreens) let alone to get a brand new vaccine. First shot, I pushed through the panic, my first time in a store in over a year, and got the shot. The process didn't hurt at all, but I did have a bit of panic immediately following the shot that caused my heart rate to jump up. The next day I had some brain fog and felt very achy. Anxiety was high for a week after, all the what if's rolling around in my brain didn't help. 2 weeks out I was still anxious and hyper focused on any little change in my body. I was fine but my mental health told me otherwise. Second shot, 3 days ago. Anxiety had kept me on high alert the whole week before the shot.
