I rolled my 401k over to an IRA at another bank in December, but Wells Fargo says they haven't received the check yet. ML addressed the letter to the wrong name but with the right address. They also didn't put my new account # on the check memo line. All 20+ people I've talked to at their 1-800 number claim they can't do anything. The check was for over $38, 000 so I'm really upset. I also contacted the hospital I worked for when I opened that 401k, but they since switched to Mass Mutual so they no longer have any leverage with ML.
